Resolved! New phone help with sim

Hi everyone. I got my new phone yesterday and put my old SIM card into it, but it isn’t working. The phone isn’t detecting the SIM, so I have no signal or service. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it? Any advice would be appreciated....
