I ordered the new phone but I didn't realise the wait times for delivery I assumed it would be ready within a few days. Could I go into a EE store and pick one up there with the same contract or would I have to cancel the contract and start a new one...

Upgraded to iPhone 17 prob old sim

I have upgraded to iPhone 17. Transferred old sim from iPhone XR and the tray and sim are now stuck in new phone. Secondly didn’t get any message saying my mobile number transferred over. Tried calling from different phone but can’t get through
