I ordered an Iphone 17 pro max 2tb deep blue back on tge 2nd of January, delivery says approx 48 hours but I have not received anything, tracking just says awaiting dispatch, could I get an update to this soonest please
It looks like at the time of your order on 2nd Jan for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 2TB Deep Blue model was on back order and the guidance would have been to expect dispatch in more than 28 days from order. Our guidance did update yesterday to expect dispatch within 21 days of 6th Jan.
Your tracking will update when its preparing dispatch and then once dispatched you will be notified by DPD who will provide a tracking link for the delivery.
