I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max on the 2/1/26 and it said dispatched in 1 day , I haven’t had any info regarding a delivery date and I’ve recieved my trade in pack, I’m worried it won’t be here in the time frame I have to send my trade in back.

@Laurars Thanks for confirming, I am not sure where it had showed differently but it looks like for the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256Gb, the guidance at the time of your order was to expect dispatch within 14 days so that is why the phone has not dispatched yet. 

So if you do keep the order, expect it to dispatch within 14 days of your order date, for next day delivery. Nothing would happen regarding your trade-in until 21 days after your order date anyway, though you will get reminders to send it back during that time, so that should give you enough time to recieve the new phone and send back the current one.

However you can also give us a call and let one of our guides know you have received a trade in pack but your order is on back order and they can send a web form to make sure the trade-in dates are updated to reflect when you will actually recieve the new phone.

Welcome to the EE Community

Which model of the iPhone 17 Pro Max did you order, size and colour? What does your order tracking show, is it showing dispatched there? 

The trade in pack is sent separately so it is normal for that to arrive separately and you do get plenty of time to send the current phone back before any action will be taken with your trade-in, to account for any potential delays, so I would not worry about that at the moment.

Hi it was the silver 250gb and it says the following when I track it ….

it’s been stuck on that for the last few days
