Hello
I placed an order on 01/01/2026. I received a confirmation email and tracking number. The email states 1 day processing.
I then received a call on 02/01/2026 from EE to ask me if I had in fact placed the order. This was a high value item so a fraud prevention call was expected. The person on the call then said they would process the order.
My tracking still shows the order as having been placed but has not progressed further.
Sadly customer service is only available via a call and this is not very convenient.
Is there anyway to find more details on my order without wasting hours on the phone.

@Bee491 You have to call. If you got a tracking number the item has been shipped. You most likely got just an order number as you would when placing an order. You get a tracking number once an item is allocated to you and it’s been dispatched.
