Since you ordered on the 27th, you could be waiting 21 days before you receive your order, as there are others who ordered before you and they are sent out on a first come first serve basis, but depending whether there is stock and how many are expecting to receive theirs who were before you, you could receive it earlier, we have no idea in the forum, this is a public forum with no access to accounts.
Just make sure that you have the DPD app with the same information that EE have and you will receive notification from them once order has been dispatched up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number which you show the driver to receive your device.
