I placed an order on 05/06/2026, iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB, I payed the upfront amount and got the confirmation number (XKO). But till this date I haven't got anything else, no phone, no SMS, unable to track it, the store where it supposed to be delivered doesn't have any information. I called the 0800 and they also don't have any information about it. I don't know what else I can do. FRUSTRATING, to put it politely.

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
If you ordered via the store you'll need to speak to store directly.

Welcome to the community.
You'd usually only get tracking details once the phone has been dispatched, but if the store have said they've not received it yet, you would need to speak to our customer service guides to check the order status.
If the order has been successful, they'll be able to view the account and see what is happening with the order.
If they can't see if, it would mean that it hasn't gone through and they'll be able to try and find out why, and the next steps for you.
