Unsure what is happening with my phone. Upon landing in turkey 3 days ago I got the normal ‘welcome to country’ text from EE. But then looking in my settings it shows ‘primary’ and ‘secondary’ phone numbers / contracts but they are both the same number? And it says ‘no sim’ despite my sim being in my phone and never being removed.

Are you on contract or pay as you go? Have you tried manually selecting a different available network?

Do you have roaming activated on your account.
Turkey is outside of the EU as well and therefore roaming is expensive.
