I have data but I’m using reserved data as well?

why would this be

@Nannoo33  I’ve had this also in the past it’s  nothing to worry about it doesn’t cost you anything it’s just stay connected data.  I don’t know why or how it happens especially when you still have a data allowance to use.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
