It’s saying on my EE account, my server can’t connect to my upgrade on my new phone. It’s not showing it iPhone 14 Plus

@Sandiemay , Have you upgraded to this new phone? Did you get it from EE? Are you using your original SIM card or are you trying to activate a SIM card that came with the new phone?

If you have your original SIM card, have you tried using it, as it should work, no need to change SIM card, it should then connect to EE network.

Your new phone will eventually show in your account, no need to worry about that.
