I have changed my EE phone contract, after taking out EE broadband, to a no frills unlimited plan. Since then, my visual voicemail has stopped working. I have tried sending various different phrases to 150 with no success, each time I get “Sorry we could not process your request, please try again a little later.”.

@Fm674 Try texting VM ON to 150. If you then get confirmation that voicemail is activated then text iPhone visual to 150

It took just over 24 hours after sending the “VM ON” message for the “IPHONE VISUAL” message to start working, but sure enough today it’s all sorted. Thank you.
