Hi I ordered the phone on the 25th of September and have only received 1 email since paid a deposit and also nothing coming up on my profile to say that I’ve bought the phone?

Was the email you received a confirmation with an order number?

If so, it sounds like everything is fine and you will get an update when the phone is in stock and ready for delivery.
