Ordered 256gb pro max blue, email confirmation with xko number received 13:09 12th Sept.

just received a DPD text that they’re expecting my parcel  and is showing in the DPD app as going to my local depot.

EDIT: I didn’t call up again to secure order or anything like that, only had the one initial confirmation email with xko number up until this point.

Just spoke to EE, iPhone looks like tomorrow. AirPods separate delivery which could be 3-5 days, I was hoping both together.

Has anyone got confirmation on the 1TB Pro Max Orange yet? Order placed at 1.43pm on 12/9 (with xko number), confirmation received Sunday 1.45pm with 00494 number.

i ordered the 17 pro max , 256gb in cosmic orange, also based in Manchester and I’ve just had the DPD notification. Hopefully yours will soon follow!

Oddly my XKO tracking still shows exactly the same as it did since the day of order and have no msg from ee lol probably get that after it's arrived.

My order number starts with - 004950 and i havent had any DPD text or email yet either. 

ordered on tuesday and had the EE confirmation email by 15.33pm.

Has anyone ordered the SIM free iPhone through the EE Store (EE Finance powered by Glow)? It was just a much better deal, so I got it through that but now EE CS can't even get me updates as the store is different and they only have an e-mail for enquiries with 16 hour response time. Only e-mail I had was order acknowledgement and it has not updated since. Didn't even get order confirmation e-mail, just acknowledgement. Ordered on Friday just before 9 PM and it's the iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB Deep Blue.

Is there any chance it still comes tomorrow? I really needed is as I'm leaving for Holiday to USA on Saturday and my current phone is on the cusp of dying! I would have expected so much better from EE!
