I’ve just paid £4.99 to upgrade my delivery to tomorrow and selected a time slot of between 12-6 which is great as it will arrive and I’ll be able to take it on holiday. Just a tip for anyone who has received a notification from DPD

Hey all,

Looks like I got lucky, pre-ordered on day of release an iPhone 17 Pro Max in Deep Blue 256GB on the anytime upgrade option.

I got the same XKO order number, (I had this last year, and had to call them up to sort it out) So I called them up and they went through the upgrade and placed the order again while on the phone, which then saw it change to an 0xxx number.

I have had my shipping email and the DPD app says its on its way to my local depot,  so I may have it in hand tomorrow 🙂

Im Pro Max Silver 256 and had confirmation at 15:20. Still nothing. I think it's looking unlikely now. Haven't seen many PM Silvers.

@Bigboaby , DPD will send a text as soon as the item has been dispatched, which could still arrive by tonight, but then it will depend how many have preordered and how many EE have received as it is on a first come first serve. You will receive a PIN number from DPD to show the driver. I suspect all networks will be the same whether with 02 or EE, patients is a virtue, which seems to be lacking in the world today, and here we go again like every year, where is my phone?

Interesting, I ordered Friday 1.03pm got the XKO then called up Saturday and they redid the order first digits are 004943 17PM, I’ve had one DPD notification but have a feeling it’s for my AirPods as my tracking for the phone hasn’t updated on EE

My new order number is along the lines of 004939    to give you an idea,   So you may have it in hand tomorrow.

I have nothing else on the order apart from the phone,  also not sure if they ship AirPods via DPD,  they may well do.

Hey,  I got my XKO order no on Friday 12th at 13:10, I called them straight up as soon as I saw that and finally got to speak to someone after an hour half wait.  so by 14:50 I had the order secured.

Just checked the times via the emails 😀    

Was on hold for a long time, but understandable.

The bonus is you get to enjoy the anticipation longer. As per previous years, I will all be mostly over it by Monday and will be looking for leaks on the 18 models and what's due in the Oct events🤣
