If you ordered a Pro Max on Tueaday you're likely looking second half of October. I ordered Monday and thats when I'm expecting mine.

I had the order confirmation come through around 1pm 

and ordered on Tuesday too. So probs just a waiting game.

@Atabos  I did the same thing and haven’t received any updated, the only place It shows up is in the app in orders there’s a dispatch timer which has been going down it’s down to 8 days now. I don’t have a XCK number I have a EE number.

@Dilly2025 is that the EE app? I've only got EE number as well but in the EE app under orders it just says 'Pre-order' and 'DPD - Delivery expected 19 September 2025' but that was there from the moment I ordered.
