When I speak to them on live chat it just feels like AI. They have a weird tone. 
I can’t see why it’s been a 10 day wait for something that is saying is available for next day delivery. And especially as you and others on here have done the same as me and received their phone. 
Guess I’ll have to get on to them again today. I’m really not impressed.

I am speechless. Have been waiting for my 17 pro max since last month 16th, received an empty box just now. Seal has obviously been tampered with I’m currently waiting to get connected to EE. Shambles. To add to that, it’s not insured so hopefully EE help me out.

I sure do wish I was joking lol. Thankfully the guide was very helpful he said that he’s going to reach out to the higher ups and DPD regarding this and will most likely take up to 7 days until they sort it and send out a replacement. More waiting for me

order placed on 18th sept for pro max in cosmic orange 256gb. Contract was signed and have been on to chat who have twice said the 28 days line…
