same I ordered on the 16th cosmic orange 256gb sim free but they are telling me another 28 days when I was speaking to ee guide yesterday, when you ordered what was the delivery more then 28 day,

Yes been told more than 28 days initially but two days ago I called up and it changed to “within 28 days” and the 28 day mark would hit on the 14th this month so I was expecting it to dispatch anytime between yesterday and the 14th. Luckily I’ve received the text for it yesterday and will hopefully receive it tomorrow. 

the patience pays off so hopefully you guys receive yours anytime soon now.

Mine said 'more than 28 days' right up to the moment I received the DPD text. Then it changed to dispatched and arrived the next day (today). Ordered 15th, 17PM - Orange

I got this today ordered on 16/09/2025 17 pro max silver 256gb 

When i have spoken to the EE guides this week ive been told 3 different things, 1 that my order was in the current batch and in the warehouse awaiting allocation, 2 that they had 50 in stock and 86 people waiting for their phones and the very earliest i would recieve mine is 16/10/25 but its looking more likely to be around 21st/22nd and 3 that my order will be with me by 14/10/25. 

Seems like the best thing to do is just wait as the EE guides dont seem to have the right answers themselves

I ain’t getting my hopes up that mine will be delivered anytime soon. Last time my partner ordered the new iPhone, it took nearly 3 months (from EE).

I changed my order from silver to blue 2TB because I was told a week and a half ago it would be delivery within 3 days. Still no phone 🙄
