I got an email from EE within the hour of ordering on the 16th sept, still no phone as of yet

Hi, I’ve been following this thread since 12/09

pre-ordered at 3:30pm on 12/09 - Cosmic orange PM 256gb

called EE on the 20th to see what was going on, was told my order was open sales and it would be better to re-order, so done that over the phone that day 

been waiting ever since, called again today just to be told that my phone is still showing as 28 days from today and my re-order has also been put through as open sales apparently but now it’s okay? I wish that person I spoke to on the 20/09 didn’t make me re-order for it to be in the same situation now I’m further down the line 🙃

I'm in the same boat as you, ordered early on the 13th September and after a while chased to see where it was and a guide convinced me to cancel my order and re order so it would go through quicker but then proceeded to offer me a model I wasn't interested in so then had to re order for the model I did want on the 23rd September so I got pushed to the back if the queue!

Little or no meaningful updates from EE since and I know its mostly on Apple but EE really need to be better with stock updates and delivery estimates as there seems to be no transparency just a blanket '28 days or more' whatever that means.

Been waiting since the 22nd of September, I've had two emails since saying its on track, when I track it, it says awaiting confirmation, frustrating as been waiting over 2 weeks!

I have been waiting since the 15th 😂 get the regular it's on track and it's coming soon emails! Still have no clue when I'm going to get my phone 😂

Mines been like this for 3 weeks. They said sometimes the online tracking moves too quick , they told me to ignore and wait for dpd text

Poor communication really because the automatic updates don’t do a whole lot. 

People have been waiting a long time, I know it’s not all on EE but people need more reassurances that they’re going to be getting their new phones.
