I changed my order from silver to blue 2TB because I was told a week and a half ago it would be delivery within 3 days. Still no phone 🙄

I ordered mine on Tuesday and it was delivered yesterday. I originally had ordered cosmic orange on 22.9.2025 but felt as though I was been massively messed around by EE. No one knew what they was talking about.

When I speak to them on live chat it just feels like AI. They have a weird tone. 
I can’t see why it’s been a 10 day wait for something that is saying is available for next day delivery. And especially as you and others on here have done the same as me and received their phone. 
Guess I’ll have to get on to them again today. I’m really not impressed.

I am speechless. Have been waiting for my 17 pro max since last month 16th, received an empty box just now. Seal has obviously been tampered with I’m currently waiting to get connected to EE. Shambles. To add to that, it’s not insured so hopefully EE help me out.
