Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

i’ve had the same problem it seems like they are just passing the blame i don’t mind waiting for the new phone i get that but all im really saying is it should say that on the website as saying a product is in stock and available for next day and then after purchase say it may take up to 28 days is really crappy like not a great start for a new costumer mine just says will be dispatched within 24 hours it said that since i ordered it 2 days ago so i’m not sure if you find anything useful could you let me know thanks

Oh, I’ve been told it’ll definitely be with me on launch day, ordered on 14th. My iPhone is already in the warehouse, though! Another guide said he wasn’t sure if it’d be with me until October. 🤣 

they have updated the website it’s saying it will take longer than 28days so guess those who ordered it before it updated just got screwed

You’ll never get a clear answer. If it was delivery tomorrow you would get your DPD notification today.

has I thought you had patience man, and honestly I’m contemplating the same thing, this might just be my sign to stick with my 15 pro max 😩

Well to my astonishment, I do have it today, the tracking didn't actually update until after 8am (I have really weird sleeping times) but thankfully I'd already given the code to my brother who happened to be up and around. Amazing!


The thing is, also to my astonishment, well, there was something I was asked on the call for this order, in fact if you were to hear back the call recording, you'd hear the CS agent ask me "do you want the sim card version or esim?" to which I replied "The esim version, it's got a bigger battery".

Well guess which version they sent out, wow that's right you're good they sent the sim card version that I hadn't asked for. Not impressed. Now I know a bunch of you would be happy to have yours right now but I can only imagine what it'll feel like when you wait a week+ only to open your box and see something you didn't actually order.

On the phone to them now.

My “manage”section still hasn’t updated still shows my current phone despite my contract ending. Ordered 16th am. Guess October for me it is 😂😂😂

Wow, I didn’t know you could choose between eSIM and SIM versions. It’s hard to believe this is true!

How come EE cancelled your AirPods Pro 3 order? My order just says:

”DPD: Sorry, your order is delayed. We'll email you once it's dispatched.”

However, I spoke to advisor via the app and they advised:

“I've reviewed your account since is a latest accessory your order has not been placed however I can order it now for you.”

“I've already reviewed your account however the order has not gone through your account that's why you've not received the accessory”

Neither of the above statements appear to be correct and I’m tempted to just cancel my (very much REAL) order and order from somewhere more reliable. Don’t like being mislead.
