Starting to think it’ll probably be tomorrow we get the DPD messages, I ordered mine at 13:19 on the Friday so we’ll see. The DPD notification does sometimes come literally the night before delivery so fingers crossed

Eagerly awaiting my despatch notification- although god knows when it’ll come! Not expecting mine to arrive on Friday, as I ended up having to cancel first order and re-order on sat… got a much better deal though!

Hello

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 pro Max last Friday, my order was confirmed at 5:30 in the evening

I am really struggling to get a simple on when I I'm likely to receive my new phone

I have gone on my EE app as well today and I have noticed I am no longer eligible to upgrade. Does this mean my upgrade to the 17 pro Max has started? Could this mean my phone will arrive this week?

I have gone on to the EE app today and it says we are preparing your mobile order, but I'm unsure if this is generic for everyone who has pre-ordered or not

Is anyone able to advise if I am likely to receive my new phone on launching on Friday or will it be next week?

I feel like I'm getting very complicated answers when I ring EE

Unfortunately we are all in the same boat. EE has no idea about anything at this point - they might as well call you to ask when it will arrive. Did you get your order number? Starting with 00?

Is it a bad sign if I haven’t had the 00 number? I only have the XKO.
