I brought a new iPhone when it was loading and then it crashed with everything moved over to the new phone and then I had to reset the phone, losing everything

Welcome to the community,

Do you still have your old phone? You should still be able to transfer everything over from it, just like when you did it the first time after resetting it, just keep both phones close and it should do so.
