Hello again, everyone!
It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!
Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

Pre-Ordered iPhone 17 on 12th.
Release date today and still no tracking info - awaiting update.
When can I realistically expect tracking as I thought a pre-order meant I’m likely to get it on release day like others have.

@paulrowland , have you downloaded the DPD app? You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. You will also receive a PIN number that you give to the driver.
If you want to know more, I suggest you speak to customer service, as they should be able to let you know.

Please give our Customer Service team a call (press option 2. Or select the option for joining EE) where a guide can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can re-process the order for you.
Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed. If the order did not complete we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.
