I applied for the new 17 pro max and paid £200 for upfront and right after payment the screen went blank and then after 2 days of waiting i got to a call with one of there agent who was polite enough to take me to the refund scenario but ee is taking too much time for the refund and all that is super frustrating if I would’ve known i would never choose it

@Hassan69  7 to 10 days to get a refund back.   Everything has to be checked and all the I dotted and T crossed.   It’s not down to the customer support agent to make this happen it’s a different department within EE. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Did i ever used that statement where i said its the agent who’s on fault
??? Thats totally wrong to accuse me and second of all i mentioned
specifically its ee which is making me frustrated same thing happened last
year too i got proofs screen shots aswell and now i have to wait for the
money i paid from my bank account for no reason
If EE can’t handle its own website its not agents issue but its not our
either

If the order was not successful, the payment would be pending with your bank and would usually come out of pending and return to your balance in around 7-10 days, depending on your bank.
