As other similar posts. Attempted delivery by DPD. Code sent to the watch number so not received. I do have the DPD app with same email as EE but app doesn’t show the order. Utterly ridiculous

Welcome to the community.
I can understand your disappointment at not being able to receive the watch as you didn't have the PIN.
If it isn't showing the delivery in the DPD app, the best option would be to give our customer service guides a call, and they can update the contact number with DPD and rearrange the delivery so that you do get the PIN to your phone.
