Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Update: My phone WAS out for delivery today, i phoned EE to double check. Unfortunately they had my Apple Watch number listed as the one to receive updates and not my actual phone number 🤦🏻♂️… so they’ve had to delay delivery till tomorrow to get me a pin sent out. Annoying yes but- now i know what’s going on its absolutely fine 🙂

When you say pins, did you receive different pins for 2 separate devices and is your upgrade for a watch and phone etc? EE just don’t have a clue mainly the ex BT CS agents, I’ve upgraded at the same time the guy put the order through as one order as they are the same phones PM in WT and 1TB I’ve got 2 DPD tracking numbers with EE but only 1 with DPD that shows the pin and it’s got a letter B at the end the advisor reckons they are in the same bag it’s just EE has to give them separate tracking numbers incase if thefts or so they told me

Well done pal, EE have began to fail miserably in CS since the merger with BT I’ve had staff hang up on me, give me misinformation, and a measly few quid as an apology and inhouse complaint ( yes sure your gonna hunt the worker don’t and give him more training) I even had an agent who refused point blank to confirm whether she was ex BT agent until I tricked her then she hung up, EE sort the bots out you call agents or your going to lose more customers consistently throughout the year

Well ordered 512 PM Desert and a 512 PM natural on 13th as anytime upgrade. Assured that they were both available and delivery on 20th. Phoned yesterday as none of the normal text message flurry and told yes due to deliver on 20th. Surprise surprise no change in delivery status, no DPD texts, email or delivery in app. So will not see them today.
Guess I will call later and see what new estimate is.
my issue is going on holiday a week today and god knows where the phones will be

Just taken delivery and set up, had to switch to eSim as it didn't like my physical sim card for some reason but it transferred the number from my old device. They did send me a new sim card, I wonder why. Enjoy phones, people. See you in two years!

My device is arriving today. If your device hasn’t been picked up from the warehouse, you’ll receive it early to mid-October. Unfortunately, the ones that have been picked up from the warehouse are being shipped out first.

Keep an eye on the DPD app. Hopefully, you’ll see it pop up there in the next couple of days. It will be on the DPD app before you receive any other confirmation.
