So placed my order for 1TB PM in DT at 1:45 on 13th and got a confirmation email minutes later.
As of yesterday morning they had been no update to my re tracking link so thought to give CS a call to see if they had any other info. Took a few tries but I eventually got through to someone who was willing to help and who gave me the dpd tracking number as he could see it had been dispatched. He also noticed the dpd details listed a telephone number that wasn’t mine? I spoke to the delivery team who assured me it was correct and I’d receive a text tomorrow.
Throughout the day my ee tracking link updated to order dispatched and I also received a flurry of emails from ee around price plan changes. I also kept my eye on the dpd tracking website and could see progress.
Now this morning still no dpd texts and downloaded the dpd app but no incoming parcels recognised although the tracking online shows my phone is at the delivery depot. Called CS again and they just confirmed the number on the account was incorrect and had it changed. Phone is God willing coming today which is fab!
To anyone not getting anything from dpd but ee tracking shows as dispatched, I would give CS a call and see if anything similar has happened to you!
