iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

After all the stress, I got a text message and email,  with an order number starting with 0033......... that I can track online using order number and email address, won't work if I use my mobile phone.

"Your Pre-Order is confirmed"

I wish that was the case… he said that even if you ordered Friday this is now the delay. But for all of you who ordered and got it done on Friday I genuinely hope you guys get it this Friday and are it subjected to this huge delay

that’s brilliant fingers crossed for Friday delivery but I was told 14 days my partner ordered from sky so she will probably get hers lol

@royzer76 I understand they have a new business model they want to use moving forward.

Based on T&C's from our plans and based on this current upgrade nothing forces you to go on new plans unless they remove that feature from our plan, but that would be quite costly for them to do as would be a breach of Anytime upgrade contract, so I believe they will keep it ongoing for everyone that's still on them.

Based on what I could see, the new plans are way more expensive, any loyalty discount you have only applies to airtime, and device credit based on Apple prices is around £100 more expensive buying trough EE, they say it's 0% APR but already charging you more anyway so really it's not...

I just believe for us on Anytime upgrade we will moving forward have a very bumpy upgrade experience, let's see how next year goes... and I really want to be wrong on this 🙂

Just spoke with CS 

Billing team and technical support have said that confirmation emails and DPD tracking will get sent out once the phone begins the prepping to dispatch stage (should be around Wednesday/Thursday depending on wait times)

if you’ve got a 10 digit number for your order, you’re all good to go (tracking does not work with this number, it’s more of a internal number to check the orders on the systems)

I suspect that they’ve told you that as the timeline based on ordering at that point. The natural titanium is the most popular one as the process of anodising in particular colour is harder with titanium so most people are going for the natural one.

im just glad after the issues in pre order day that I got mine with a reasonable expectation of being within 14 days of release

On a side note, my partner always orders from Apple directly, he managed to fill all the details Tuesday to be "ready" so it's only "pay" and all easy on pre-order day....

He wasn't able to do so for almost 1h, when eventually managed to get option to pay, his delivery date is 26 September to 8th October... and this was Apple directly... I know it doesn't help but it's not just EE going trough issues.

Thanks for that information I have a 10 digit tracking so that will be why I can’t track it.

I'm waiting for a call back about my order placed on Friday. I did get a text this morning about my agreement documentation, but it's not visible on My EE

Here is what I was told… regardless of when the pro max was order in the natural titanium, there is a delay. The CS rep even said you could’ve been the first person and this is the delay that’s being faced. The natural titanium is just hugely popular… 

I wanted the white in the first place but I was told the white was within 28 days but the others were within 14 days… but when I was told this new delay I was happy to change my colour to the preferred. 

I really hope you guys get it on launch day, I’ve had it on launch day for the last few years but I’ve mentally prepared myself that this year it will come when it comes… at least I have the 03 confirmed order lol
