Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Hey, I did exactly the same complained about exactly the same stuff offered me £10 compensation off my next bill what an absolute shambles!!

Yeah they called me back and that was all they offered me said I’m thinking of leaving bearing I have 5 devices with them they said well “that’s your choice” no apology just passing the buck as per

Also I find now some customer reps are nice some are jus so horrible seems like they don’t want loyal customers had one talk down to me I was like wow if I done this in my job I would be jobless ee really need to brush up on Customer service skills at the end of the day we pay there wages.

Had my DPD parcel.
Turns out it was a separate SIM card I ordered.
Was optimistic to be the phone, especially a day early!
So something came from it.
SIM cards don’t necessarily come via Royal Mail.
Looks like I’m in for the long haul.

I had placed an order on the 18th Sept for the 15 Pro - 512gb Natural Titanium. Expected delivery on release day. Signed docs digitally too. They then advised they would process my order manually on the system.
I then called EE today (21/09/23), and no order was processed (despite I had digitally signed everything). So I had to re-do my order again, expected delivery within 7 days....
Usually get a text from DPD a day before release day. This time round was different.

I didn’t get email or text however, I downloaded the DPD app and signed up using my email, phone number address etc. and I can now see DPD has it and due for tomorrow. So maybe some emails are delayed in system

I checked on the website. Pro max in black (that I ordered) is showing over 28 days now 🫣
