Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just had my plethora of EE texts and order now shows dispatched! Had my DPD text at 7am.

15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium.

Order confirmed 2pm - 15/Sep

I confirmed my order of 15 Pro max 256 natural yesterday over the phone. 

It’s on its way to me today with DPD. 

Had tracking info sent by SMS from DPD this morning. 

EE tracking currently says awaiting dispatch though.

Just got off the phone to them, they said 28 days again to me. I challenged it and asked why people who ordered Saturday or Sunday got tracking numbers and not the ones who ordered on 15th.

Said it could still arrive tomorrow but we will wait and see. I'll give it a week but tempted to change providers as I can't stand being lied to

I just got off the phone with them too, but was only told "the courier will be in touch when it's on its way to you". 

Still nothing from DPD!
