Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I was told that my order wouldn't arrive on launch so they cancelled and re-ordered the Pro.. fml 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

I have EE order dispatched and the long amount of text messages from EE but no info from DPD yet. This is iPhone PM 256 Natural. Anyone else have order dispatched but no dpd tracking?

For those mentioning online chat. is that via the app where you send a message and they eventually get back to you? Cant see any chat function on their website.

Ok so I’m in a slightly different boat with only having the Apple Watch ultra ordered but been following this thread.

My order tracker shows as order confirmed and awaiting confirmation. So I rang CS today and they were able to tell me it has gone to DPD. Got the tracking number and verified it’s mine by entering the postcode.  

I also haven’t had any text or notification from DPD but I’d imagine that their systems are taking a battering given the volumes of deliveries they will be making

So.. the Pro that I re-ordered today has now been picked and due to be shipped today. The CS agent sent me a screenshot of the order showing picked [I won't share it here to prevent him from getting in trouble] but it shows picked  15 Pro 512GB White Titanium. I re-ordered it at 8am and will be here tomorrow.

Just rang EE who said I will get it tomorrow 

when I ordered Friday they said 28 days. No figure 

he was positive I would get it tomorrow

Well I'll be damned! Seems my friend was indeed wrong! 😁

Just received my ping from DPD with my pin code! Showing up in the app as delivery for tomorrow!

called 150 and he's an asset to EE to be fair - very helpful and wanted to ensure I was given the correct information. We need more like him!
