Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Would be interesting to know what time the DPD texts for tomorrow delivery stop arriving and whether they start again at some point for delivery Sat/Mon etc.

Yeah there's still hope yet. Could even get notifications right up to late evening from dpd

I just spoke to CS over chat and they sent me the DPD link to my parcel and managed to VIP it to morning, this is a PM 15 256GB in Natural Titanium order Friday about 3pm after 2 hours on the phone.

Correct no text message or anything in DPD app, sent me a link and I know its mine as it authenticated from the post code.

It's still possible - last year I received my DPD tracking email for the iPhone 14 Pro Max at about 6pm the day before release.

General question - for those who have now received DPD emails, do you know if your tracking info was showing "Dispatch expected in 24 hours"? Mine is still at "Order confirmed" so I am a little bit concerned 😅

I just spoke to live chat and they said my order is at the warehouse and will be sent following the launch tomorrow. Very weird

Yes I looked last year my text message from DPD did not arrive till 2pm so plenty of time and I have a link to mine from EE

I would take any answer from CS with a pinch of salt. I've been told my order would arrive on the 22nd, then it will be dispatched after launch date on the 22nd, then they are unable to confirm when it will be sent, then it will take up to 28 days to be dispatched. I don't know if CS look at different systems, but everyone I have spoken to has given me wildly different answers!
