Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

The update advises your order has been dispatched to the store, once the store have received the delivery they will contact you to let you know when you can collect this 🙂

Thanks for the quick reply. Can I know what is the meaning of they'll hold my order untill nov 18?.And also do you have any idea about how many days will it tkes to receive my order?

Hi @Ridmiee 

This means the store will hold the phone until this date and if you don't collect the order from the store they will return this and the order will be cancelled. 

You will receive another update once the store receives the order, this is usually within a few days. You can also contact the store to check if this has been received 🙂
