Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
I’ve been waiting 47 days, I lost all my hope, didn’t think I’ll receive it any time soon, had endless arguments and conversations via the chat and phone with EE, but here we are, there’s hope guys!
I ordered my iPhone 15 PM 256gb NT on the 17/9 and today I received this lovely message: Hi From EE. Your equipment has been received in our warehouse and your upgrade has been reversed. If you'd like a new upgrade please call our upgrade team on 150 from your EE phone. Thank you.
I can’t believe this happened after waiting 6 weeks.
