Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

My 15 Pro Max White 256 has finally been delivered today. All set up now and it’s lovely! I ordered on 23/09 so it’s been a long wait! I saw that the spreadsheet won’t be updated anymore so I’ve added a comment in the ‘White’ tab to mine to say it’s been delivered. Take care everyone, fingers crossed the wait isn’t too long for everyone else.

Hi, 

i know this is not device delivery related, but has anyone here been having constant Trade In emails and issues? 

I've received a second Trade In pack and getting final reminders to send my current device back or my discount will be removed off my monthly bill. 

obviously I can’t send my phone back as I’m waiting for 15 Pro Max… has anyone else been having this problem? 

have you recieved it yet?

I’m glad to see most of you have already received your new phones, hopefully it’ll come soon for those that’s still waiting.

 

I just wanted to ask something to anyone on here that have done a trade in, to send the old phone back once you get the new phone. Just wondering what’s the hell going on with EE and them sending returns pack constantly even though I’ve already sent the old phone back? I’ve got FIVE returns packs now within last two weeks, and I’ve phoned the customer services to complain after receiving the third one, they don’t understand what’s going on. I’m baffled as never had this happen before, did any of you go through the same thing? 😂😂😂

Hi Colin, 

The photo you have attached isn’t loading up for me 😞 

I called EE yesterday and spoke about the trade in pack issues and the phone delivery. I got lucky to have a really nice advisor, he said many people are having issues with the trade in packs and that I should’ve had my phone by now, they have checked with the stock team and been told I should get it any day (wether that happens we will see) BUT, he has given me his email to reach out to him if I don’t get my phone by Tuesday.  If I don’t, he will chase it up for me again. He did say the whole iPhone 15 thing has completely messed up their systems. 

Regarding the trade in, he has put on my account in big bold letters not to remove my trade in discount since I haven’t received my device yet. Hopefully that will work. 

I’d advise to call EE rather than use the chat, every time I’ve used the chat I got no where with no actual help.

I also called them yesterday and it wasn’t that much more helpful tbh.

The guy I got checked the stock levels for the WT 256Gb and told me the current backlog estimate is 21 days or if I wanted to change my order to a WT 512Gb, it would be closer to 14 days.

They have given me £10 off my next bill as an apology.

Everyone you speak with at EE, seem to have a different story to tell!

Just a bit cheesed off that people who ordered after the day we ordered, have had their handset delivered. I don’t understand how that is first come - first served!

I hope you get yours soon!
