Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Got my DPD pin text at 20:06 tonight I ordered 256 Pro Max Black Titanium on 27/9  didn’t think I would ever get this text message I’m hoping it comes tomorrow!

Did you order it to your store or home delivery ? If it’s home delivery takes 1-3 days if it’s store delivery you get the text after dpd have dropped it off

Home delivery. It does say it’s arriving today on the DPD app.

Its been 34 days today I have zero hope for it anymore it is taking forever pro max WT 256GB

It looks like they’ve got stock for the 15 PM NT now hence why everyone who has ordered that specific one are getting their phones now but not the WT which is such a shame. I’d message on live chat through the EE website, they gave me a specific time frame on when it would come and i’ve got my email saying the phone is with DPD now.

I know the feeling I’m on day 36 still nothing for exactly the same model as you 😞

I know the pain, if you can try to continue waiting, l will advice … l  waited for about 33 days  before l received my phone iPhone 15 pro max 1TB.  The day before l received my phone l called ee and the customer service rep didn’t have a clue when my phone will be delivered. He even try to tell me what is in stock l could have the phone in 7 days. I refused because l waited 33 days, l thought what the point.. and guess what the same night while l was sleeping l received the DPD pin, l saw it in the morning. So if u can bare the wait pls do so.

I have just for them say I don’t know and that’s it they are being extremely unhelpful I just want to have some form of update.

It’s so frustrating not knowing when it will come or when to expect it I had to wait 40 mins for once reply to get its in high demand and they don’t know

I’m trying wait but they’re giving me nothing I’m glad you got your phone ! Just hoping it’s soon as I get told one thing then get told they don’t know.
