Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

So my order number is 003198 and when checking the app it says the phone was been dispatched on the 24th but I have not received a DPD text. My phone is getting delivered to a store though so I'm not sure if that's why?

Anybody else had this?

I am 0033194 ordered 16th sept, confirmed 21st sept. 256gb NT pro max. Not a text or email in sight. Shambles

So I’ve received my phone yet got nothing about my trade in pack being sent, does that mean they don’t want my old phone or what? As I initially wanted to trade it in to get my monthly cheaper. I guess if I hear nothing in a week I’ll just sell it elsewhere for more:)

l saw the msg from DPD this morning, but the msg was sent last night. The phone will be delivered today at 11:00 am

I believe you will hear from DPD this week, hang on their, l re-order mine 23 September and the msg from DPD was sent last night with the pin

Continue to wait,  l  re- order 23rd last month, and received the DPD pin yesterday and the phone is due for delivery today. Ordered 15 pro max 1 TB
