Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I wouldn’t worry too much, my estimated delivery was 30th Oct. -  3rd Nov., so mine’s ahead of schedule (provided it turns up, there’s still time for it to all go wrong!).

Hopefully they’ve had an influx of stock that they weren’t expecting and yours will be with you soon!

Finally got my DPD text this evening!! There is light at the end of the tunnel haha! Ordered the 15 pro max NT 256gb on the 21st sept. Good luck to the rest of you 😊

Just got my DPD text through! Still no confirmation email from EE to even confirm my order though, and all I have is an 02 number when I asked for it a couple weeks back

15PM NT 256, ordered on the phone on 23/09, lets see which day of the week it turns up now

My aim isn’t to upset anyone, but hopefully give them hope.

 My Anytime Upgrade date has moved a bit from being a day one person to a week 3 person, anyway, I ordered in store on Saturday - a blue Pro Max 1tb - and I’m sending this message from it now - 3 days, so hopefully things are on the move.

I also ordered 21/09 15 PM NT 256 - just had my DPD text and pin. Seems like they are being sent out in sequential order from what I can see? 

Fingers crossed for a successful DPD delivery now 🤞🏽🤣

FYI for anyone else in the same boat - I never received an order number in the format that most seem to get, just the XKO (which was my one and only correspondence with them since placing the order).

Still waiting for my DPD text/email for my PM Black Titanium 256 it’s day 28 tomorrow haven’t heard anything so I’m hoping this week I hear something! Ordered on 27th after 3 times trying to order.  The first order on 23rd didn’t go through after I told it already had, then was told I couldn’t upgrade because I upgraded another line of mine my nephews phone a couple of months before. Then second one the lady ordered the wrong phone ordered the pro instead of the pm then I eventually ordered on 27th!
