Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I'm tempted to ring EE up and ask if I can swap it for another colour at this point. I've got the same model as you, this is getting ridiculous

I don’t think it’ll matter if you change colour, it says the same waiting time on all of the 256gb models, and it might push you back meaning waiting even longer.

I’m debating whether to wait a week or 2 for mine or just downgrade to a pro, 516gb just seems like too much for me , but I’m going to complain again and take it to ombudsman service.

That’s the old BT online store, was merged into EE in line with the lift/shift to the EE brand.

Some people have said they upgraded to 512PM BT and it arrived the next day, I'm just getting fed up of waiting at this point, it's been almost a month

My partners BT 256gb PM (ordered on 29th September) is now coming before my NT 256gb PM (ordered on 18th September). He just got his DPD text today. Like you, considered changing but also feels stupid to change on day 30 of waiting 🥲

I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for the PM NT 256 … spoke too CS today.. apparently I could be waiting another 28 days atleast

I get it that Apple delayed the roll out but don’t keep us in limbo by telling us dates that are pretty much none existent
