iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I Just called 14:09 an i was told that my Iphone 15 Pro will be with me on 22/09/2023

I just spoke to live chat and was assured mine is coming this week and will get an update from DPD shortly for pro max 256gb, fingers crossed he is right.

Last time they messed up like this the following year they waived the £300 fee if they could see you ordered in the first few days of the disaster year.

I have contacted live chat and they have said 

Your order for iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium is already been picked. You should receive your order soon

Yes I remember this, I had to complain but they quickly waved the early upgrade fee when I let them know I was leaving...

Just been on live chat and told next week for delivery,  however they confirmed what we already knew about it’s done on a first come first served basis if people want to compare order times 👀😂

Is it on your tracking still says Awaiting Confirmation Date ?

Okay just finished up with the live chat, here's the transcript:  

As I have checked your order of iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium has been successfully processed and as it's a pre-order that is the reason, the tracking number has not been generated as of now.
These phones would be released on 22nd of September and then we would start delivering the orders on first come first serve basis.

You will get the order confirmation, once we get the stock from Apple and then we will start sharing the tracking details to the customers via text.

I already have my tracking number and it says 'awaiting confirmation', can you please dig a little deeper into this to see where my order is?

It's the order number that you have received.
The tracking number would be different and you would receive it directly from DPD.

The launch date is 22nd September, but as you have placed your order on 15th September so you would definitely get an upper edge and you would get the order delivered once it gets released in the market.

Are you able to find out if my order has been picked in the warehouse?

Yes it has been picked up and once, we get the stock, we will start delivering the parcel on a first come first serve basis.

So when do you think I can expect delivery? Can you give me an estimate?

To be honest, I do not want to set a wrong expectation, that is the reason, I can not assure you about the date.
But as you have placed the order on the very first date, you would get the order delivered between 25th-28th September for sure
