Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just got my DPD text. Ordered on 15th but failed so was put through on the 16th at about 0900. 

Promax 256gb in titanium blue.

Still no update here, ordered on Friday but had to call Saturday due their system issues. I ordered 1x Black PM 256gb, 1x White PM 512gb and 1x NT PM 1tb.

I’ve got the exact same feeling. 

EE will be making money from upgrade anytime customers regardless on when they get their phone, however with new customers / standard upgrade customers they won’t be able to charge them anything til the new phone is dispatched. It seems from other SM this seems to be the trend. 

I just logged another complaint with EE, was expecting dispatch today and heard nothing, yet another empty promise from EE customer service. 

Just popped in store to see if they have anything in stock and even they were saying how awful the customer service is over the phone.

For what it’s worth I spoke with customer service on Sunday.

Ive ordered a 256 natural Pro Max and was advised I should have it within 7 days of that point, they also advised me that the blue titaniums were in stock and ready to send.

By the looks of it they were being optimistic on both counts but now that the blues are clearly being sent out you’d hope that means that the other colours aren’t far behind.

Have just received my DPD text and pin. iPhone 15 PM 256GB Blue which I ordered on 16th at 8am. Hope all those who ordered on the Saturday get there’s soon. All those still waiting I’m sure you’ll get yours soon.

Still waiting for the PM NT ordered on the 15th! Seems today is the turn of the blue's... hopefully some NT go out today also otherwise we are probably looking at tuesday earliest now

Ordered my 256gm NT PM at about 6pm on Friday, took ages due to them allegedly having a system error - I did try to order it bang on 1pm and got through to the stage of a contract being chosen so not sure if this got me an earlier order number than I otherwise would have had?

 

0033071 is the first few digits if that means anything.
