Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Exact same boat here except I was 9:30pm on the 15th. Same model, storage, colour. I've also only had that text on the 21st and absolutely nothing since. Only have my XKO and 02 ☹️

Is it a new account or an upgrade?

Have a sneaky suspicion EE are sending out to new accounts first that's all.

What size? I ordered PM 256GB Blue at 10am on 16th and had nothing

I am on new line for this order. 

From Pie chart and shipping update across other forums, I could only conclude 256 GB is long wait due to high order and 1TB long lead time due to Apple manufacturing capacity. 

Colour wise will be longer delay for NT.

EE Internal system is not that smart to ship to new account with priority after learning the fact that they can't even handle the pre-order process where else  the simple spreadsheet can give good visualization.

I’ve just had my DPD text. I ordered around half 9 on the Saturday pro max 256 blue.

Me too, my first and last experience with ee

always l buy direct from Apple, this year l was like 🥹 let me upgrade with ee 🤨 and all  l can  see ✨ stars 🤩😂

Agreed. I normally go direct through Apple on Pre-Order day but I noticed my EE contract was up so I figured whats the harm in getting the phone and sim in one go - never again 😣
