iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

When you got your notification did you notice anyone else on here who had theirs??

I was on the phone about 8:35ish and order confirmed by 9:10is on the 16th… thought I may have been in your batch but I imagine there was a lot of people in the same boat that couldn’t get their order in on the Friday so called early Saturday morning. 

I could have called bang on 8 aswell when I got in the car on the way home from work but thought ahh no I’ll wait till I get home!!! 😔😔

Well I ordered on the 18th 
Pro Max 256gb NT and Apple Watch Ultra 2

Apple Watch delivered 22nd which seems normal.

But only got my order number for my phone today! 0033167

Added to the sheet so will see what happens. At least when I phoned yesterday the CS was truthful and said they had no idea when it would be delivered.

Yes - the first notification i received was a text from DPD with my delivery PIN,  and then i checked the DPD app and it was there.

About 2 hours later i got a few texts from EE confirming my new plan was in place.

I was also worried because I only had a 025 number but customer service said its in open sales status and it came in the end.

A few people also posted that they had theres shipped. 

It wasnt a huge number of people - not like the titanium blue batch that shipped a few days before  i feel.

Order PM Blue on 16th approx 14:30 just had my DPD text I’m in the sheet will update once it’s delivered  I’m over the moon

Just received my DPD text and pin , ordered sept 15th at 12:58 , titanium blue 256GB  so I guess they have stock

i ordered on the 15th at 1:50pm confirmed only through text message no email but I got my order number 02 which I had to get from CS 

I preordered the watch on the 18th and I got that delivered on release date

Still no update on the phone only got an 02 number no email confirmation only received a text message from EE on the 21st saying : 

Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.

have not received anything after that

Still nothing for my 1TB PM NT from the 16th at 10am, still awaiting and no DPD yet 😭
