iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I phoned EE today as my  promax blue was was being shown as dispatched since the 26th,,,,the conversation started with there is a 28 day wait for the model I ordered so must be an error, to I OHHH t is out for delivery today between 12.43 and 13.43,,,,however no DPD text with a code or anything on the dad app,  ive got to the stage I need walk away and let the universe sort out what on earth is going on. I really don't think I will be seeing the phone today or either have a security PIN code to receive it.  I have never known anything like it in my life. The guy I spoke to seems a really nice helpful person and can only say as he finds I know.

Currently got a 512GB in the 14 PM realised I don’t use anywhere near the storage I have so opted for the 256GB without realising it’s the lowest storage option for this model and therefore will be the most popular! 😫 The difference in monthly price plan thou is the only thing keeping me sane in knowing I made the right choice! Just gotta be patient but I hate patience when it comes to new  tech!

My upgrade cycle has been September since I first got an iPhone. Customer service just told me upgrade cycle will be start for when I receive the phone, which is realistically now to be mid/endOctober!

Hey Joey yeah I’d assume mine and yours are coming in the same batch BUT, did you notice a few pages back though there was a couple people who ordered the 15 PM NT 512 on the 16th around 8ish that got their DPD notifications Monday for Tuesday delivery??

You’d of thought mine and yours would have been part of that batch…??

Anyone who ordered around the 15th 21:30 got their 0033 number? Curious as to where roughly I might be on the spreadsheet/list but I only have an XKO and a 02 🙄

Got my 512GB 15 Pro Max Natural titanium delivered yesterday - ordered on the Saturday 16th at 8am on the phone.

I never got a 003 order number and never was able to track it. I only had a 025 order number that didnt work on the tracker. 

I see some people worrying about having only a 025 number - but it turned out fine.

I have the same issue. I ordered it on the 16 but I still haven't gotten that famous 0033 number that i have no idea what it means. They gave me my order number but it starts 02 and it's not working in the tracking link either. I did manage to get the contact of one of the guys who work for EE and he checks my status from time to time but my order apparently still appears as not closed or something like that. They don't have pro max at the moment but said that they'll probably arrive on Monday, so hopefully next week we'll get our phones.

Oh thank god. I was murdering my head thinking that because I don't have the 0033 number I was gonna be at the bottom of the queue. 

Did you receive a notification from DPD first tho?
