Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered iPhone 15 PM 512GB NT on Saturday 16th Sept order confirm email at 08:32

I got DPD text today at 15:49 saying being delivered tomorrow.

Okay now I’m becoming increasingly annoyed. I’ve had a look through twitter and can see that people are ordering their 15PM and having them shipped for the next day but those of us that pre-ordered, are not getting any correspondence or correct timescales from EE. Service is an absolute shambles and to be honest I wish I switched networks

Because of this so called delay on orders, my add to plan is also getting a delay until my preorder has been confirmed and delivered.. what an earth they really have messed up this year

Bright side of waiting: my tariff refreshed today. it's far cheaper than the 15PM tariff so I escaped a more expensive month. When my tariff refreshed, it triggered the annoying 'your order is on track....' email from EE Support though.😑
