Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Hello,

I ordered 15 pro max NT 256gb. Received mail at 13:07 to call in and after a few hours got it sorted around 5pm. Still haven’t heard anything. 

Yesterday I spoke to someone from CS who said expect to receive a message from DPD in 2-3 hours. Idk why he said that but a complete lie. Called back and they apologised and gave me another £30. £60 compensation total.

Birthday next week so hope to receive it by then 😞

No movement yet either on my 15 PM 1TB NT with a 0033 from 10am on the 16th, still awaiting confirmation. 

Ended up upgrading my Ultra to an Ultra 2 on the 24th with EE, sent yesterday and delivered today so at least something got shipped  😄

I know exactly how you feel.
I look at this post at least 3 times a day. I'm stuck in bed with covid at the moment so I'd like to think I wouldn't usually be so sad... But who knows 😂
