Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yes originally 7pm Pre-order day then confirmed the order on the Saturday morning.

Saturday morning 8am first thing - I got a text from DPD and i see the parcel on the DPD app

Just got an SMS from DPD to say they’re expecting my EE parcel. 

Initially ordered at 13:00 and received email confirmation at 13:07 on pre-order day, then the system failed so on the Saturday I called up at 8am and had to re-order, after the call I received email confirmation at 08:21.

Annoyingly, I’m away with work as is my partner so I’ll have to reschedule for Thursday. 

Ordered a 15 Pro Max in 512GB Natural Titanium (both times)

Ok so final comment here..... 

I ordered 2 x 1tb pro max phones almost instantly on the 15th, one in white and one in natural. I recieved the confirmation 03 email within half an hour for both. Few days later I recieved the, "everything is on track" email, last night got the "we are exoecting your parcel from Dpd and my white pm was delivered today. I have now just recieved the second, "expecting parcel" message so would assume ill recieve it tomorrow.

Not bad considering I was told "within 28 days" when ordering.

They are coming folks stay calm 👍

Anyone who ordered the 256GB NT Pro variant on the Friday had a DPD text?

Wondering if it's just 1TB and 512GB going out today.

Just got off phone not too ong ago with these clowns and they're still saying no stock of anything. Jokers. Yet stuff going out now

1302 I got my confirmation on the 15th with the actual purchase completed before 1300.

256 black pro max.

I would have thought it would have been here by now.

When tracking the order I just see order confirmed.
