Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

@Lyle1 @Robmarlor68 - when did you order your phones? I ordered the 256GB of the same phone but I’ve only had the email saying my order is on track, nothing from DPD yet!

I ordered saturday morning on the 16th at 8am. Natural titanium  pro max, but in 512GB .

Same here! Ordered the 15 PM NT 256GB on the 15th of Sept at 21:30pm roughly. Confirmed 5 mins later via email. Fingers crossed for us ☹️

8am on the Saturday and even this morning they told me 28days so must be getting stock in now.

Just got off the live chat, I asked for a really rough estimated delivery. 

I've order 2 PM 256gb, one in white and one in natural, ordered Wednesday 20th, both confirmed by 1:30pm. 

I've just been told: "Both orders are currently under open sales team. it is not shipped yet. It will take a few more days. I would suggest you to wait 7 working days till 5th Oct." .

I just got THE TEXT from DPD...

They have my order with EE (No delivery date yet) 

I ordered the 1TB PM Blue on the 15th then order confirmed 9AM the Saturday

I'm based in Newport South Wales! Hope you get your texts soon!!! 🥳

Ah nice congrats. Did you order Saturday morning or the on Friday? And did your shipping confirmation come via DPD text or on the app? Thanks
