Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

My worry is, I’ve had that 0033 number since Monday. I must’ve used it to track a hundred times. Apparently 0033 numbers are the most legit out of the lot. But today, on live chat, an agent said my number had been ‘updated’ to an 02 number. ‘Changed’ were her words. She said the 0033 number was an initial order number, when it was in open sales, but now, it’s being prepared. That I should expect it within 7 days. Sceptical. I think 0033 are most legit.

I was told that the 02 number would change to the DPD reference. I had nothing until I called and asked for a number, so whether I had an 0033 number and it changed to 02, I have no idea

They are out of stock now but folks in this community inc me ordered on Friday and got delivery yesterday of all colors and sizes of 15 pro max. I got a natural 512 PM. I do hope you’ll all get yours asap. Ps it’s worth the wait, it’s really lovely

I’ve had my 0033 number since 3pm Friday the 15th - I still don’t have my 256Gb Blue Titanium PM, and unlike some lucky people who have had info from DPD or have been told DPD has theirs - My tracking hasn’t moved since Friday the 15th, when I was told my phone would come on Friday the 22nd. 

At this point, if DPD haven’t been in contact, there is a very low to zero chance they will be in contact until more stock is secured, meaning you probably won’t be getting your phone until October/November at the earliest. I’ve been told it’s a ‘MORE THAN 28 day delay’ not 28 days, but more than that and their system caps out at 28 days for how it states delays. 

If situation gets worse, there’s a possibility you might not get your order until 2024. What type of tracking number you have at this point means nothing - unless it’s a separate tracking number supplied from DPD.

I knew I should have ordered with very before I got on phone to EE which have my phone now if I did 

killing me not having latest and greatest lol

Can someone who did receive the phone comment on DPD? Did you need ID and the PIN? Hoping I don’t need to book a day off work again when it does finally ship.
