iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I haven’t cancelled mine yet, but I’ve ordered a Z Fold 5 from Vodafone.

I was kind of between the two, and this EE BS has helped me decide.

Will most definitely return it once it arrives

Complete silence from DPD today… everything was fine yesterday, received text, EE tracking updated, DPD app updated… but no SMS today from DPD about the delivery slot and app shows no movement…  anyone else hving the same experience?  I’m in central London

From reading the comments it seems like everyone who ordered on pre-order day (15th) hasn’t received their phones but everyone who ordered on Saturday (16th) has. Must’ve been a glitch in the system, unfortunately I ordered on Monday (as I was debating whether to stay with EE or not over the weekend). So now I have to wait up to 28 days for mine, expected delivery by 20th October but seems like this is the case for all providers now!

Anyone starting to feel that paying £7 for next day delivery was a **bleep** take.

I am going to seek a refund.

Spoke to CS, I was informed that I shouldn’t have been sent tracking details? Lol!  He informed me that the phone was still in the warehouse and I cannot track as it hasn’t been dispatched yet, on launch day I was quoted delivery of the 29th, if it doesn’t arrive on the 29th then I’ll make a complaint.

just say ‘I didn’t get my iPhone 15 pro max’

If they ask if you received a different phone, give them 5 different answers like they’re giving us. 

maybe you’ll end up with both.

My phone Pro Max Black Titanium 256GB was pre ordered on the 16th at 10am and I’ve not heard anything or received anything yet

I ordered on the Saturday, got confirmation in the early evening of the same day, have not gotten any tracking or phone yet

My order was confirmed on Saturday 16th due to the technical problems on the 15th, but I'm not getting my 15PM today...radio silence.

Ive just ordered the fold 5 in blue direct from samsung, no way am i waiting  28 days as ive just been told by CS ..  number is porting over to lyca who use ee signal..so my ee account is gone

ordered the 15 pro 1tb for a family member which arrives today so will see what the fuss is about..
