Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

finally got my DPD message to say they’ve got it. 
ordered 15 Pro Max 256GB White Titanium on 20/09 order confirmed same date.

Ive just done that. It still doesn't show my order, However, it shows all my past DPD deliveries. Ive checked my EE app and my new number has been allocated. So it definitely has been dispatched. I can't wait until this whole ordeal is over.

You’ll need to calm EE and see if they can give you the PIN over the phone

Omg!!! Thank you soo much for telling me to contact EE. I’ve just got off the phone with them. My iPhone will be delivered today between 2:19 - 3:19. The only issue here is that they have sent my DPD pin to my old number, they have updated the system. CS gave me the tracking number for the delivery. Is that enough for the driver?

You’ll need to add the tracking and or your email to the dpd app and your pin will be on there

Do what @polkadot101 has advised, hopefully it’ll work but if you’re still unable to see the PIN unfortunately you’ll need to call CS again! 

DPD can’t release the pack without the PIN, their mobile data terminal won’t allow them because it’s a high value item.

I called DPD as EE told me DPD are the ones that send out the pin. DPD told me that it is EE that send out the pin and not them. If I don't have the pin they can't give me the phone. Im now on hold to CS to fight them at this point because this is taking liberties. I need my phone today. Put the tracking number in the DPD app, I can't see the pin. Im beyond annoyed.

Make sure that you add your email address to the dpd app.. the same one you have been emailed confirmation to from EE. 
When the app updates with the shipment, you’ll get your delivery slot and the pin will be underneath.
